Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancelling an Appointment
We understand that plans change. Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling a scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. This helps compensate for staff time and appointment capacity reserved for the customer.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to the same late-cancellation policy.
Recurring Cleaning
Recurring customers may skip or reschedule an individual visit without cancelling their recurring service. The same 24-hour notice policy applies to each scheduled visit.
Unable to Access the Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that our team can access the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and cannot safely access the property within a reasonable period, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Weather, Emergencies & Company Changes
If Perfection Cleaning needs to postpone or cancel a service because of unsafe weather, emergencies, staffing issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, no cancellation fee will be charged. We will work with you to find another available appointment.
Refunds & Advance Payments
If deposits or advance payments are collected, eligible refunds will be handled according to this cancellation policy and the payment terms presented when the booking is confirmed. Completed services are generally not refundable, but service concerns should be reported promptly so we have an opportunity to review and address them.
