Booking Requests & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Perfection Cleaning LLC accepts the requested service, date, arrival window, and pricing.
Estimates & Pricing
Online estimates are based on the information provided by the customer, including property size, number of rooms, selected services, add-ons, and other details. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, level of buildup, scope of work, or other circumstances differ materially from what was described. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material pricing changes before additional work is performed.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property and access information and for ensuring that our team may safely and lawfully enter the property at the scheduled time. Running water, electricity, and other utilities reasonably necessary to perform the requested cleaning should be available unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Scope of Cleaning
Services are limited to the cleaning tasks included with the selected service and any approved add-ons. Additional work may require additional time, pricing, or a separate quote.
Safety & Unsafe Conditions
Perfection Cleaning may decline, postpone, or stop work when conditions create an unreasonable safety risk. Examples may include hazardous materials, biohazards, severe pest activity, unsafe structural conditions, aggressive animals, threatening behavior, or other unsafe circumstances.
Valuables & Damage Concerns
Customers should secure valuable, fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items before service. If you believe property was damaged during a cleaning, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours, so the circumstances can be reviewed.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms communicated with your confirmed appointment or invoice. If online deposits or full payment processing are enabled, additional payment terms may be displayed during checkout.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Recurring Services
Recurring service continues according to the agreed schedule until changed or cancelled. Individual visits may be skipped or rescheduled subject to the cancellation policy.
Communications
We may contact you by telephone, email, or text message regarding quotes, booking requests, appointment changes, service-related matters, and customer support.
Delaware Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Delaware, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
