No: many customers provide entry instructions and are not home during their cleaning. You're welcome to be present if you prefer. Just let us know your access instructions when you book.

Our team brings standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use specific products (for allergies, pets, or preference), note that in the additional instructions field when booking.

Time varies by home size, condition, and service selected. Larger homes and Deep Cleaning or Move-In/Move-Out service generally take longer than a Standard Cleaning on a smaller home.

Choose Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, or Every 4 Weeks at booking. Recurring customers get a discounted rate per visit, and you can request to reschedule or skip an individual visit as needed.

Light picking-up (clothes, toys, dishes) helps our team focus on cleaning rather than organizing. Everything else is handled by us.

Yes: add-ons like inside the fridge, inside the oven, or interior windows can be selected during booking, or noted as a custom request and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing.

Our online estimate is based on your service, home size, and selected add-ons, and is shown as a transparent breakdown before you submit your request. Some requests (like commercial cleaning or unusual conditions) require a custom quote.
